I thrive in a big, chaotic city. My passion is shooting environmental portraits. Basically, it is a fancy way of saying I enjoy shooting real people in a location or space that best reflects their personality and style. This often means I am squished up against a wall, or hunched in a corner, in many tiny New York City apartments. The goal of my work is to find the in-between "honest" moments when a subject forgets that they are being watched... or maybe they are just ready to be seen!
